Front-end or client-side programming refers to the programming of the part of the website or web application that the user views and interacts with. This part of the website is designed with HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming language.
The challenge for a front-end developer is that the tools and techniques used for the front end are constantly changing. Therefore, the programmer must continuously know how to develop this part.
The programmer’s goal is to ensure that when a user opens a site, he can see information in a format that is easy to read. Also, the programmer should pay attention to the fact that users use different devices for web browsing and optimize the website for all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Optimization means that the information is displayed on all devices without confusion and deficits. Sites that are optimized for all devices are called responsive.

What is a framework?

A framework or skeleton that the programmer calls. This framework helps the developer or programmer code in a stable and specific environment and framework. Frameworks are codes that exist in most programs and are written by the best programmers in the world. By using them, programmers save time and don’t rewrite the same codes anymore. Frameworks provide a set of tools and principles to programmers, and the purpose of this work is to make programming faster, more enjoyable and with better quality.

What is the concept of the library in programming?

A set of functions, classes and programs have already been written. Libraries are written once and used multiple times by programmers in different programs. Libraries save programmers’ time with a set of frequently used functions that are available to programmers.
